Stihl HS 56 C-E

At just 4.5kg, the Stihl HS56C-E hedgetrimmer is ideal for use for extended periods by homeowners with large gardens and by professional gardeners.

The double-sided blades are 600mm long and have a tooth spacing of 34mm to allow hedge growth to enter the blades with ease.

The electronic ignition system ensures reliable starting and trouble-free engine running. The high ignition voltage of the fully enclosed ignition system ensures a stable ignition spark and a long spark burn time. This also improves fuel combustion and reduces exhaust emissions.

The HS56C-E is fitted with Stihl’s 21.4cc 2-mix engine. The 2-mix principle uses a cushion of clean air between the incoming fuel/air mix and outgoing exhaust gases to improve fuel consumption and minimise emissions. The engine is fitted with Stihl’s ErgoStart system to ensure that minimum operator effort is required for starting.

Vibrations can occur when you put your tools through their paces, and these are particularly noticeable in the grip area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The result is that your tool is more comfortable to hold and your work is much less tiring.

The tip protector prevents damage to the blades. The tip protector also makes it easier to cut close to the ground or along walls.

All our STIHL machines are run, checked and tuned and given full PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) before leaving our premises. This means we will unpack your Stihl, start it, test it and individually tune it for maximum power and efficiency. We ensure that your machine is set up and ready to run when it is handed over to you.
