Weibang Velocity 56 WTV

The feature-packed Velocity 56 WTV wheeled trimmer mower, which is suitable for professional and domestic users alike, has been added to the Weibang family after several years of development, complementing the other products in its range and filling a significant gap in the UK market.

The self-propelled Velocity 56 WTV is powered by Weibang's tried and tested commercial grade 196cc X200 engine for consistent delivery and the highest levels of cutting performance in thick grass and stubborn vegetation. Challenging work conditions are no problem for this machine as the engine's air filter is fitted with a 'snorkel' pipe extending to the handle cockpit to ensure a constant supply of clean air, therefore extending the engine life. 

Featuring a compact 56cm (22") cutting width, the offset cutter deck allows trimming right up to the edge, typically along hedgerows and fencelines, with precision. The low front profile means you can also work under bushes, hedges and seats, etc. Unlike other wheeled trimmers out there, the Velocity's wide profile trimmer head has integrated bearings to allow the mow ball to spin freely and, thanks to the level design, the machine always stays parallel to the ground when cutting. The cutting height is adjustable between 51mm and 137mm. The thick, twisted nylon line will slice through thick and wet grass, and even nettles and tough weeds.

Weibang's trademark silver front bumper, together with the black hammered deck offer protection and durability, whilst wide trimmer guard with extended rubber skirt protects the user from debris. The large 35cm spoked wheels make it easier to work on slopes and ditches whilst the heavy duty belts and pulleys enhance reliability.

A key factor to consider with a commercial wheeled trimmer is transportation, which is why the Velocity 56 WTV has been developed with quick release folding handles to allow easy lifting when moving between work locations. The convenient service and storage position facilitates access to the underside of the deck for cleaning and general maintanence. The handlebar is also height adjustable to suit the operator.
